SECTION 1 - WARRANTY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are covered by warranty. Should one of our products prove to be defective, please contact us to discuss the problem and lodge your claim. You may be asked to physically post the item back to us for inspection, or it may be possible to do so with good photographs - we will discuss this with you when you first contact us. Defective items will be replaced or repaired depending upon the level of the fault. We will approach and confirm warranty details with the manufacture or Australian importer on your behalf. Be assured that we will respond quickly.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS
If we have accidentally posted an incorrect item to you, please contact us so we can organise the return and replacement - with our apology of course. We will cover the cost of post once we confirm that it is our fault for the error. The item should be returned in the original product packaging and must be in new and unused condition. Any items returned that are not in new or unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging will be sent back to the purchaser at their expense.

We do not offer 'on approval' sales, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, have made an error in your order or have selected inappropriately, you may be able to exchange your item for a more suitable product*. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a suitable exchange. The item should be returned in the original product packaging and must in new and unused condition.
*We will credit you for a future sale (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) should the new item you select be of a lower value. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less our original shipping costs. Any items returned that are not in new or unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense.
You will be responsible for postage costs for both the return and delivery of the exchange. Please note we will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive so suggest you ensure your parcel is trackable.
SECTION 3 - IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
